Action AWE mourns the passing of our friend and fellow campaigner Roger Lloyd Pack. These photos show him opposing Trident replacement at Faslane in 2007 with other actors, musicians and writers. Not just a brilliant actor, but a lovely man and committed campaigner for peace, who will be greatly missed.

The first Aldermaston March organised by the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament took place at Easter 1958, when several thousand people marched for four days from Trafalgar Square, London, to the Atomic Weapons Research Establishmentclose to Aldermaston in Berkshire, England, to demonstrate their opposition to nuclear weapons.
